Asuka Okajima is an illustrator/comic artist from Japan and currently based in Leipzig. After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts, he began creating pieces in Prague, Kyoto and Leipzig. He cultivates ideas from various cultures as he moves from one place to another, including Japanese traditional culture, European art and graffiti, Czech picture books, and music from around the world. In addition to illustration, He creates objects, is involved in graphic design, and runs a small press called SEA SONS PRESS. If you are interested in commissions, please feel free to contact me. ︎︎
